Here some photos and video about climate growing chambers with my plants. I am treating these plants to understand their tolerance to Thallium and Caesium. Moreover I want to understand the relationship between those metals and Photassium and the metabolic pathways of tolerance. To access this I am analyzing these plants with different approaches such as root tolerance test, determination of accumulated metal by AAS, Michaelis-Menten test, antioxidant activities, photosintetic ratio and expression of one chloroplast antioxidant gene.
