My plants grow very well even in 128 μM of Tl while these two plants had evident simptoms of suffering. In 16 μM the plant do not produce any new root which is a sufficient evidence that this sample is non tolerant. Moreover in 128 μM the plant has also clear evidence of chlorosis and its photosyntethic activities is compleately ceased (measured by fluorescence activities through MINI-PAM).
